This Refund Policy applies to all subscriptions purchased through signalexecutor.com.
A 7-day free trial is available on the Starter plan ($49/month) only. No trial is offered on any other plan. A valid payment card is required to start the trial. If you cancel during the 7-day period, you will not be charged. If you do not cancel before the trial ends, your subscription automatically converts to a paid monthly plan.
Monthly subscription payments are non-refundable once processed. If you cancel, your access continues until the end of the current billing period. No partial refund is issued for unused days.
Annual subscriptions are eligible for a prorated refund within 14 days of the initial purchase. After 14 days, annual payments are non-refundable. Refunds within the 14-day window are the full annual amount minus a processing fee equal to one month of the equivalent monthly plan rate.
We will issue a full refund regardless of the above rules if: you were charged twice for the same billing period due to a billing system error; you were charged after a confirmed cancellation made before your billing date; or the Service was completely non-functional for more than 72 consecutive hours during your paid period and we are unable to resolve the issue. Contact billing@signalexecutor.com within 14 days of the charge with your account email and a description of the issue.
We do not issue refunds for: dissatisfaction with trading results or signal channel performance; failure to cancel before a trial converts if adequate notice was given; partial use of a billing period; accounts suspended due to Terms of Service violations; losses caused by third-party broker, exchange, or Telegram outages; or incorrect signal parsing, delayed execution, or slippage losses. Subscription fees are for access to the software, not for any trading outcome.
Downgrades take effect at the start of the next billing cycle. No partial refund is issued for the price difference in the current period.
Upgrades take effect immediately and are charged a prorated amount for the remainder of the current billing period.
You can cancel at any time from account settings or by emailing billing@signalexecutor.com. Cancellation stops future billing but does not generate a refund for the current paid period.
If you initiate a chargeback without first contacting us, we reserve the right to suspend your account pending resolution. Contact billing@signalexecutor.com before initiating a dispute — most issues resolve within one business day.
